| Flights:
Flights will be organised on your behalf. We will endeavour to provide flights from the airports listed above. However, the final decision will rest with GHOTW. Please make sure you can travel on the dates of the attendance option that you have selected. Our operations team will be in touch with further details. |

Accommodation:
Complimentary accommodation will be booked for you for two nights during the forum dates of the event you have chosen to attend. |
Terms & Conditions:
By submitting your registration form (email/fax/mail) you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
Data Protection:
By entering your details in the fields above and submitting your registration, providing that you are accepted onto the programme, you agree to allow the Great Hotels of the World (Big Worldwide Ltd) to electronically send and publish your company profile and contact details in our conference packs, which will be distributed to the attendees and sponsors of the Forum you have chosen to attend. This is a condition of attendance, should you not agree to this for any reason please write to Hosted Buyer Dept, Great Hotels of the World, 22 Stephenson Way, London, NW1 2HD, at least six weeks prior to the Forum you have chosen to attend.
Further, your company name may be used on our Forum website/s for information purposes only. No contact and business information will be displayed on these websites.
Reference checking:
In some cases it may be necessary to check one or all of the references you have stated in questions 8 and 9 on the registration form to confirm that you have placed business with the mentioned hotels. If you do not agree for us to do this (see below), we will need to seek an alternative method of reference checking from you, which will be subject to GHOTW's approval.
Travel & Accommodation:
Flights, transfers to/from the airport where the forum is due to take place and accommodation will be provided by Great Hotels of the World during the forum dates. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can travel on the dates you have selected and that you have the necessary and valid travel documentation (passport, visas if applicable.) Further, travel to and from your local airport is not included and will not be reimbursed.
Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy:
- Great Hotels of the World reserves the right to decline your registration without reason.
- Acceptance of your registration will be confirmed in writing by email.
- As a participant you agree to undertake all activities organised by Great Hotels of the World including all appointment sessions, networking activities, evening functions and lunches.
- Cancellation of your participation prior/during the forum at any time including missing set appointments will constitute your cancellation and you will be liable to pay the cancellation fee of 500 Euros. The only exception to this will be if you can find suitable replacement, subject to GHOTW's approval. In this instance, you will only be charged the cost of the new flights to be booked on behalf of the new delegate. No other exceptions or allowances will be made regardless of circumstances. It is advisable to purchase travel insurance against cancellation for unforeseen circumstances.
- Should the organiser cancel this event, the organiser will not be liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation.
If you do not agree for us to do this (see above), we will need to seek an alternative method of reference checking from you, which will be subject to GHOTW's approval.
