Meetings and incentive sales team
Our proactive meetings and incentive sales team generates significant levels of enquiries from key meetings and incentive buyers in the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA. We work with major corporate companies, including:

- American Express
- KPMG
We also work with a number of agencies on a day-to-day basis, including:

Meeting Forums
We host numerous events to enable hotels to meet directly with key meeting planners. These four-day events work to the format of pre-selected, one-on-one appointments, ensuring that you only meet buyers who are genuinely interested in your property. Hotels wishing to participate in these events pay a surcharge.
Promotional events
We also conduct other sales events for buyers, including road shows, familiarisation tours, personalised sales visits and corporate entertainment. Hotels can participate in these events at an additional charge.
Trade shows
GHOTW participates in the major meetings and incentive travel shows (ie EIBTM, IMEX, Confex and Confec etc). When we take a stand to a show, member-hotels are able to reserve space on our stand at an additional cost.
