Reservation channels
We provide hotels with the option of choosing a number of leisure channels in which to receive reservations direct from golf travellers.
- The most significant reservation channels that we offer is our evolution channel manager and the specialist Demand Partner Network. The channel manager allows hotels to manage their inventory to Online Travel Agents (OTA's) and gives you the option of receiving reservations into the CRS via our two-way interface. Our channel manager is the only system which also attracts demand to the hotel through the Demand Partner Network. You can choose to sell your inventory through a wide choice of key and specialist hotel booking websites which focus on the niche market. We have many specially negotiated contracts which offer preferred placement and ranking in the websites as well as opportunities for additional marketing activities. There are four types of OTA's that we will distribute your rates to:
- Key booking OTA's: Our Demand Partner Network provides special placement within the niche sections of key websites including HRS, Agoda, Orbitz and Travelocity.co.uk.
- Specialist hotel booking websites: We will also distribute you to specialist niche sites
- Our own consumer websites www.ghotw.com and www.puregolfhotels.com for example.
- Specialist wholesaler OTAs and some strategic tour operators.
- Your hotel will feature on www.ghotw.com within our Pure niche Collection websites, for example www.pureweekendhotels.com.
- The team of holiday planning specialists at our call centre can handle reservations directly.
- Travel agent reservations can be made via our travel agent booking portal. We work with over 100 exclusive travel agents and tour operators.

- A booking engine for your own hotel website and search engine optimisation (SEO) services to raise your website profile on the Internet.
- We can distribute your rates and availability seamlessly to the four major Global Distribution Systems (GDS): Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan and Amadeus.
- We can further extend your range of direct connects to key Internet Distribution Systems (IDS) via our channel manager.
